To initiate a refund request, please contact us through one of the methods listed at the bottom of our Support page.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as unused licensed content, subscription terms, or issues with accessing our services will be considered. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to terms outlined in your agreement.

NaviSavi Cancellation Policy
Manage your subscription directly from the dashboard section of your NaviSavi account.
To ensure uninterrupted access to our extensive library of short-form travel videos, most NaviSavi plans renew automatically. If your content needs change, we offer several cancellation options based on your plan type. You can initiate cancellations through the ‘Contact Us’ option in your account dashboard.
Cancel an Annual Commitment Plan
Upfront Annual Payment Plan
If you paid for your annual subscription upfront, you can cancel anytime by selecting Cancel Plan in your account. This action ensures that your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term, and you will not be billed for another year. Access to the licensed content remains active until the end of your current subscription term.
Cancel an Annual Commitment Plan
Monthly Billed Annual Commitment Plan
For subscriptions with monthly billing, you have two cancellation options:
Cancel at End of Term:
This option allows your subscription to expire at the end of the 12-month commitment. Monthly billing will continue until the plan ends, but the subscription will not renew automatically for another term.Cancel Early:
You can cancel before the end of the 12-month term by paying a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining subscription cost. Once this fee is paid, you will retain access to half of the remaining months in your commitment period and the video licensing rights allocated to those months.For example, if you cancel in the 6th month of a 12-month commitment, you will be charged for 3 months (half of the remaining 6 months) and will retain access to the video library for 3 additional months to utilize your allocation.
Cancel a Month-to-Month Plan
Our monthly plans with no annual commitment can be canceled at any time by selecting Cancel Plan on the Plans page. Access to licensed content remains available until the end of the current billing period.
